Together, we explore ways to face your grief – with love, in community, and through sound.
What to Expect:
In each session, you’ll be carried by the healing sounds of Indian Raags – ancient musical moods from India that touch the soul and gently move what lies within.
You’ll also receive simple tools and practices to support you in your daily life as you navigate your grief.
After each gathering, you’ll have space to pause and integrate – to allow the depth of what you experienced to unfold and nourish your inner world.
Each time we come together, you may feel a little lighter, see more clearly, feel your heart open – and begin to understand.
