Naad Yoga and the traditional Gurmat Sangeet music offer wonderful opportunities for elementary music practice at a high artistic level, since they do completely without complex theory and notation. Starting from the easy access to this music through body and voice, it is possible to go more deeply into it in long-term projects and maybe even include the traditional instruments!
